About Me

I have always been career driven & loved being in the middle of the action. When my daughter was born with a very rare genetic mutation in 2021, my world was flipped upside down.

Suddenly I was a carer, drowning in medical equipment & procedures. I had to stop working (something I never thought I would do) for 2 years. Once my daughter was stable enough, I started my own business.

My latest addition is the Recover Rest Reset Retreat, tailored for women who like me, who have carried it all. A 4 day retreat, fully catered, in the Scottish Highlands. You just show up. Sounds fantastic right? I’d love to see you there.
